Came in for an oil change and tire rotation. Great service, did not wait long. Staff very friendly. I asked them to check the brakes, because miles are starting to get high, and they told me I had lots of life left on my brakes. Did not try to sell me something I didn’t need. I will continue to patronize them, and I tell friends and family to go there.
Great service when I needed it for my flat tire last week! I had called several places and Universal Auto was the only place willing and able to fix my tire right then so I wouldn’t have to tow it anywhere. Very pleasant to deal with and would recommend them to others! Thank you for everything!
