Everything before, during and after my oil change/tire rotation/check brakes service was AOK. One minor complaint. I had to add windsheild washer fluid one day after my service. When I called for this oil change I was told adding washer fluid was part of the Groupon price for my service. Other than this my service was fine. I will return again to Univeral Tire and Auto.
Universal does a great job keeping my 1940s and 1950s classic cars running. There is pretty much always something that needs to be fixed and they have addressed everything that I have brought to them. They made several improvements to my cars that increase the driveability and performance.

Technicians tested batter load and confirmed bad battery and replaced it. Good work as usually experienced over past 10 years.
